We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
· The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
· All original tags must be attached
· The item must be in its original packaging
· Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
If your return request is approved:
· We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
· A return shipping label will be issued.
· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MYLALOOKS is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is:

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.
